Black Garlic Ready to Eat Cloves - The secret month-long ageing process, fully cooks the white garlic, creating beautifully dark-black & soft cloves that are encased in fragile papery skin. Its unique sweet-syrupy flavour with garlic undertones makes it a very versatile ingredient with a host of culinary uses. It is also delicious simply as a snack without the fear of garlic breath.
