Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling: Orders placed by 3pm on weekdays are typically processed for next day delivery by DHL. During high-demand periods, please allow 2–3 business days for dispatch.

Delivery Policy: To ensure freshness, our courier will leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive them. By ordering, you accept liability for the shipment upon delivery and waive claims for non-delivery. 

DHL delivers next working day.  Highlands and Islands may take a little longer (up to 3 days) However there are no exclusions.
