Returns & Refund Policy for ONLINE
1. Fresh Produce & Perishables
Due to the nature of our products, freshly harvested produce and perishable items (such as vegetables, fruits, and chilled goods) are exempt from being returned if you simply change your mind.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not as described, please contact us at info@colwithfarmshop.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item and the packaging.
2. Non-Perishable Goods
For non-perishable items (such as bottled oils, spirits, or dry pantry goods), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- Process: To start a return, please email us at info@colwithfarmshop.co.uk
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-perishables unless the item is faulty.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if something goes wrong during transit:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If an item is defective or damaged, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once we’ve inspected your return (or reviewed your photo evidence for perishables), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns & Refund Policy for anything purchased IN STORE
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from our farm shop. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Fresh Produce
Because our fruit, vegetables, dairy, baked goods, and other fresh items are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve left the shop — unless the item was damaged, spoiled, or not as described at the time of purchase.
If that happens, please contact us within 24 hours with your receipt and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
2. Packaged & Non-Perishable Goods
For items such as jams, honey, preserves, drinks or other packaged goods:
