Hand-reared by the Stacey family near Looe with over 40 years of traditional care. Our geese roam daily, are hand dry-plucked, and dry-aged for 14–21 days for unbeatable flavour and tenderness.

Packaged in a presentation box with giblets included.

Please note you we will try our best to get your guarenteed size.  We will contact you should you fall slightly outside of this weight and charge/refund if needed.  

If you choose to pay a deposit only you must get in touch with the size you require.  

All our geese are mature birds, which have reached their full size with a good covering of fat, where they are 6lb or 20lb. The weights are subject to seasonal variation.

It could be possible that you may experience a slight variation between the ordered and received weight (smaller or larger) but we will make our best effort to deliver a size that matches your order. If there is a problem with availability we will contact you directly.

As our birds are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel. Refunds cannot be given and returns are not accepted.
