Aval Dor Cornish Coffee Liqueur has been crafted in collaboration with the experts at Workshop Coffee. The result of months of meticulous experimentation and tasting.

We began with a stunning Ethiopian coffee bean, selected for its distinctive profile of mango, toffee and blueberry. Through extensive trials exploring 10–12 different coffees and a range of extraction methods, we arrived at a precisely controlled hot brew process. This method delivers the clearest expression of the coffee’s character while preserving its brightness and complexity, and minimising oxidation.

Blended with our award-winning Original Aval Dor Vodka, chosen for its purity, smoothness and creamy mouthfeel. The result is a liqueur of exceptional balance and luxurious viscosity.

On the nose, expect notes of berry, spice and dried florals. On the palate: a rich, layered flavour profile of sweet, jammy fruit, biscuit, clove, blackcurrant, and deep caramel, with an elegant floral lift.
