Colwith Farm Shop Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from our farm shop. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Fresh Produce
Because our fruit, vegetables, dairy, baked goods, and other fresh items are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve left the shop — unless the item was damaged, spoiled, or not as described at the time of purchase.
If that happens, please contact us within 24 hours with your receipt and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
Packaged & Non-Perishable Goods
For items such as jams, honey, preserves, drinks or other packaged goods:

You may return or exchange unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase.

These must be in resaleable (and as sold condition)
